Made to Order
All items are made to order, with a recommended production time of 14–21 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping is with Royal Mail Tracked 48, you will receive emails from Royal Mail with updates on your order. If you have not received an email from us about your dispatch confirmation please get in contact with us.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless agreed upon prior to placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final as each item is made to order. However, we can offer size exchanges or store credit (this will be sent as a digital gift card to use on our site). To request an exchange, please email us at info@madebykerriann.co.uk. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery and must be unworn and unused condition with all tags attached.
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, please email us to cancel.
Shipping
UK: Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.39, with notifications for the recipient.
If your order appears lost in transit and tracking doesn’t update, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a missed delivery, you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent. Once a package has been dispatched, we are not liable for lost items; please contact the courier directly in such cases.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@madebykerriann.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
